Why did my debit card transactions not qualify for my High Yield or Caped Tunes account?

Only signature based debit card transactions count towards your qualifying minimum transactions. PIN based transactions do not qualify. If you are certain that your account should have qualified, please contact a member services representative at (208) 884-0150.

Do you have change counter machines?
