**Line of Credit	Line of Credit Advances on overdrafts will be given in $50.00 increments. Payments will be calculated at $5.00 per hundred dollars borrowed or any fraction thereof, with a minimum payment of $25.00.
Filing Fee	You will be charged a lien-filing fee at the time of the advance if the credit union takes a security interest in your collateral.
Collection Costs	You promise to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this agreement including court costs and, if the amount borrowed was greater than $1,000.00, reasonable attorney fees.
Late Fees	You will be charged a late charge of 15.00% of interest due if payment is over 12 days late. The minimum late charge is $1.00.
